« ÜMA ESCAPE TO MARRAKECH »

Edition running from 20 July 2026 to 20 August 2026

This English version is provided for convenience only. The French version of these rules, filed and published by the Organiser, is the sole authentic version and shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

Article 1. Organiser

Laboratoires üma, a French simplified joint-stock company registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 981 407 158, whose registered office is at 31 rue de Brest, 69002 Lyon, France, hereinafter « the Organiser », organises a prize draw with a purchase requirement entitled « üma Escape to Marrakech », hereinafter « the Draw », accessible from the website umawell.fr. Contact: bonjour@umawell.com.

Article 2. Purpose and duration

The Draw is a random prize draw in which participation is linked to the purchase of the Organiser's products, in accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code. It runs from 20 July 2026 at 00:00 to 20 August 2026 at 23:59, Paris time, hereinafter « the Draw Period ». Orders placed outside the Draw Period do not give rise to any entry.

Article 3. Eligibility

The Draw is open to any natural person of legal age on the date of entry, holding a customer account on umawell.fr, and residing in one of the following countries: metropolitan France, including Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, hereinafter « the Participating Countries ». French overseas territories and departments are excluded from the Draw. Any person residing outside the Participating Countries is excluded from the Draw, irrespective of nationality.

The following are excluded from any participation: employees, executives and corporate officers of the Organiser and of UMAWELL GLOBAL, Lyon Trade and Companies Register number 938 872 561, members of their households, as well as any person having directly contributed to the organisation of the Draw, including service providers, agencies and the judicial officer, and members of their households.

Participation is limited to one customer account per natural person, assessed by reference to name, postal address and email address. The creation of multiple accounts or the use of inaccurate details shall result in the disqualification of all entries concerned.

Article 4. How to enter

During the Draw Period, each cure, meaning each product unit, purchased on umawell.fr and neither cancelled nor refunded under the conditions of Article 12 automatically gives rise to one entry in the prize draw. An order containing several cures gives rise to as many entries as cures purchased. Orders placed under an active subscription give rise to the same number of entries as one-off orders, at the rate of one entry per cure delivered during the Draw Period.

No other formality is required. Entry into the Draw implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Any participant may ask to be excluded from the prize draw, without any effect on her order, by simple request to bonjour@umawell.com before the date of the draw.

Article 5. Prize

The Draw carries a single prize awarded to one winner, comprising:

  • A stay for two people at the Club Med La Palmeraie resort in Marrakech, Morocco, rated 4 Tridents under Club Med's internal classification, lasting six days and five nights, in a standard double room, on an all-inclusive basis under the terms of the Club Med package in force on the date of booking;
  • Return flights in economy class for two people to Marrakech, departing from one of the following airports, determined according to the winner's country of residence: Paris, Lyon or Nice for France, Brussels for Belgium, Luxembourg for Luxembourg, Berlin for Germany, Amsterdam for the Netherlands, the final choice of airport and flights resting with the Organiser in conjunction with the travel operator;
  • Shared transfers between Marrakech airport and the resort, as included in the travel operator's package;
  • A fixed allowance for travel between the winner's home and the departure airport, capped at one hundred and fifty euros including tax per person, that is three hundred euros including tax in total, paid after the stay upon presentation of nominative proof of transport: second-class train ticket, coach ticket, or mileage allowance calculated according to the applicable French tax scale.

The value of the stay and flights package is three thousand five hundred euros including tax, giving a maximum total prize value of three thousand eight hundred euros including tax, travel allowance included. This value is determined on the basis of the travel operator's quotation on the date these rules were drawn up; it may not be contested nor give rise to any compensatory payment in the event of a difference from the rates applicable on the date of booking.

The trip is booked by the Organiser with Club Med, a registered travel operator, which performs the transport, accommodation and catering services. The Organiser does not act as a travel organiser or retailer within the meaning of the French Tourism Code; it funds the prize and delivers it in the form of a nominative travel voucher.

Article 6. Items not included in the prize

The following are not included in the prize and remain the sole responsibility of the winner and her travel companion:

  • Any service not expressly mentioned in Article 5;
  • Personal expenses at the resort: room supplements and upgrades, including the Riad Space, spa and treatments, excursions and paid activities outside the all-inclusive package, premium drinks and cards outside the package, shop purchases, laundry, communications, tips;
  • Meals, drinks and expenses incurred during journeys and at airports;
  • Costs of issuing or renewing passports and any identity or travel document, as well as completion of the administrative and health formalities required for entry into Morocco;
  • All optional insurance, including cancellation insurance, baggage insurance, comprehensive travel insurance, and any assistance or repatriation cover beyond that included as standard in the travel operator's package; the winner is invited to check her personal cover before departure;
  • Repatriation, hospitalisation and medical costs incurred during the stay, beyond the cover included as standard in the package;
  • Excess baggage and paid airline options: seat selection and upgrades;
  • Home-to-airport travel costs exceeding the cap set in Article 5;
  • Tourist taxes and local charges not included in the package;
  • Costs of changing, postponing or cancelling the stay attributable to the winner or her companion.

The prize is nominative. It may not be transferred, sold or exchanged, nor give rise to any cash equivalent, in whole or in part.

Article 7. Conditions of use of the prize

The stay must be taken within twelve months of the announcement of the results, subject to the travel operator's availability and excluding the period from 19 December to 3 January inclusive. The dates are chosen by the winner from the availability offered and confirmed by the travel operator.

The winner must be one of the two travellers. The accompanying person must be either of legal age or a minor under the winner's legal responsibility. The winner and her companion must each hold a passport valid for the entire duration of the stay, a national identity card not being sufficient for entry into Morocco, and must satisfy all entry formalities in force on the date of travel.

If travel is impossible for reasons attributable to the winner or her companion, including invalid travel documents, denied boarding, cancellation on their part or failure to appear, the prize is definitively forfeited, without postponement, replacement or compensation of any kind.

Article 8. Selection of the winner

The prize draw will take place on 27 August 2026 from among all valid entries, using a random drawing tool guaranteeing equal chances between entries. One winner and three alternates will be drawn, ranked in order of drawing, to take the winner's place in the cases provided for in these rules.

Article 9. Announcement of results and acceptance

The winner will be informed personally by email at the address associated with her customer account, within seven days of the draw. To accept her prize, she must reply within seven calendar days of the sending of this notification and provide the requested supporting documents: a valid identity document establishing that she is of legal age, and proof of residence in one of the Participating Countries.

Failing a complete reply within this period, or if the eligibility conditions are not met, the prize will be offered to the first alternate, under the same conditions, then where applicable to the following alternates.

No public announcement identifying the winner will be made without her consent, under the conditions of Article 16.

Article 10. Delivery of the prize

The prize is delivered in the form of a nominative travel voucher issued by the travel operator, sent to the winner within a maximum of thirty days following validation of her file. Dates are booked directly with the travel operator, under its general terms and conditions of sale, which are provided to the winner with the travel voucher. The details strictly necessary for the booking, namely the identity, date of birth and contact details of the two travellers, are transmitted to the travel operator for that sole purpose.

Article 11. Unclaimed prize

If, after the list of alternates has been exhausted, the prize could not be validly awarded, it remains the property of the Organiser, which may freely dispose of it.

Article 12. Refunded orders, forfeiture and fraud

Only orders that have not been cancelled and not been fully refunded as at the date of the prize draw give rise to entries. Any order cancelled or refunded before the draw, including under the 60-day money-back guarantee or the statutory withdrawal right, entails cancellation of the corresponding entries.

If, after the draw but before actual delivery of the prize, the order or orders giving rise to the winner's entries are refunded, the winner forfeits her right to the prize, which is then awarded to the first alternate.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent entry obtained by means of multiple accounts, inaccurate details, automated processes or any circumvention of the Draw's mechanics, and to take any appropriate action in respect of such conduct.

Article 13. Third-party trademarks

Club Med is a registered trademark of Club Méditerranée. Club Méditerranée is neither the organiser nor a sponsor nor a partner of the Draw, and is cited solely as a reference for the exact description of the prize.

Article 14. Social media

The Draw is not organised, sponsored or administered by Meta Platforms, operator of Facebook and Instagram, by TikTok or by any other social media platform, all of which are fully released from any liability in connection with the Draw. No sharing, mention or tagging on any social network is required in order to enter. Data provided in connection with the Draw is intended for the Organiser and not for the platforms.

Article 15. Personal data

The Organiser, as data controller, processes participants' data, namely their identity, contact details and the order history strictly necessary to count entries, for the following purposes: management of the Draw, selection of the winner, delivery of the prize, and compliance with legal obligations. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of these rules accepted through entry, and compliance with the Organiser's legal obligations. No health data is collected or processed in connection with the Draw.

The data of the winner and her companion strictly necessary for the booking is transmitted to the travel operator for that sole purpose. Data relating to the Draw is retained for the duration of the Draw plus the applicable limitation periods, then deleted or archived in accordance with the regulations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, each participant has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which she may exercise by contacting bonjour@umawell.com. She also has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL or with the supervisory authority of her country of residence. Exercising the right to object or the right to erasure before the draw entails withdrawal from the Draw, without any effect on the order.

Article 16. Image rights and communication about the winner

The Organiser may announce the results of the Draw by mentioning the winner's first name and the initial of her surname. Any use of the winner's image, voice, full name or testimonials, in particular for communication about subsequent editions of the Draw, is subject to the prior signature of a written authorisation, separate from these rules, specifying the media, duration and territorial scope of the use. No consideration is due and no refusal may deprive the winner of her prize.

Article 17. Liability and force majeure

The Organiser's liability is strictly limited to the delivery of the prize as described in Article 5. The performance of the transport, accommodation and catering services is the responsibility of the travel operator and the carriers, under the terms of their contracts and the applicable regulations.

The Organiser shall not be held liable for malfunctions of the internet, email platforms or the umawell.fr website beyond its control, nor for their consequences on participation in the Draw, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

In the event of force majeure or an external event making the stay impossible or dangerous, in particular of a health, climatic, security or geopolitical nature, the Organiser may, without compensation, postpone the stay or replace the prize with a prize of at least equivalent value. The winner will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 18. Changes to the Draw

The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify or cancel the Draw if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability as a result. Any modification will be the subject of an amendment to these rules, filed in the same manner as these rules and brought to the attention of participants on umawell.fr.

Article 19. Filing and consultation of the rules

These rules are filed with a firm of judicial officers, whose identity appears on the rules consultation page. They may be consulted free of charge throughout the Draw Period at umawell.fr/pages/reglement-jeu-marrakech. A copy may be obtained free of charge upon simple written request to the Organiser; postage costs may be refunded at the applicable standard rate upon request.

Article 20. Governing law, mediation and disputes

These rules are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the participants' country of residence. In the event of any difficulty, any participant may send a complaint to bonjour@umawell.com. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, participants may have free recourse to the consumer mediator to which the Organiser belongs, whose identity and contact details appear in the general terms and conditions of sale on umawell.fr. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
