Nothing at all. Each treatment delivered as part of your subscription during the game period counts as one entry, just like a regular order. It's our way of thanking you for your loyalty.
Any adult with a customer account on umawell.fr and residing in mainland France (including Corsica), Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, or the Netherlands. Only one customer account per natural person. Üma employees and members of their household may not participate.
The draw takes place on August 27, 2026. The winner is contacted by email, at the address linked to her customer account, within 7 days. She then has 7 days to accept her prize and submit her supporting documents. If there is no response within this period, the prize is offered to the first of the three alternate winners drawn.
You are free to choose the person accompanying you. However, the prize is registered in your name: you must be one of the two travelers, and it cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or converted into cash. An important detail: a valid passport is essential for both travelers; an identity card is not sufficient to enter Morocco.
Your 60-day guarantee remains fully valid, game or no game. However, an order fully refunded before the drawing is no longer counted as an entry. This is a matter of fairness to all participants.
We only use the data from your customer account (identity, contact details, order history necessary to count entries) to manage the game, designate the winner, and award the prize. No health data is collected or used. You can exercise your rights at any time by contacting bonjour@umawell.com. Full details can be found in Article 15 of the rules.
