Good news! Standard shipping is free worldwide and always will be. You can also upgrade to tracked delivery with signature confirmation for just €10.
Our dietary supplements ship from France for EU deliveries. Orders to the UK, Canada, and the USA ship from our London warehouses.
When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
For France and the European Union (including Switzerland), delivery takes 5 business days. UK deliveries arrive in 2 business days. For DROM COM, Canada, the USA, and the rest of the world, it takes 7-10 business days. Please note: orders placed after 3 PM on a Friday or on a weekend will be prepared and packed on Monday.
These timeframes are for guidance only. If you haven’t received your order yet, please allow a few extra days.

If you didn't pick up your package and it’s returned to our warehouse, you’ll get a refund once received. If you want a new shipment, contact us at bonjour@umawell.com with your order number.

The transition to menopause may last 8 to 10 years. However, many menopause-recommended plants should not be taken long-term. We carefully select ingredients for daily use, for as long as you need them.
Yes, every ingredient in our supplements is non-GMO.
Yes, all ingredients in our supplements are completely gluten-free.
Except for our cure Iconique Collagène, which contains marine collagen, every ingredient in our supplements is entirely vegan.

Return Policy
Good accounts build great relationships. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Yes, no questions asked. Our return window is 60 days from the shipping date. Contact bonjour@umawell.com to receive a return form.
We process orders fast and ship as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed and paid, we cannot cancel or change it. This includes product, address, or payment method changes. You can always return an order for a refund.
Refunds for returned products are processed within 14 days of receiving them. The refund is issued to the payment method used at purchase.
