Orders & Deliveries

Great news! Standard shipping is free worldwide — forever. For €10 extra, opt for tracked shipping with signature confirmation.
Our supplements ship from France for EU orders. For the UK, Canada, and the U.S., orders leave from our London warehouses.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
In France and the EU (including Switzerland), delivery takes 5 business days. UK orders arrive in 2 business days. For DROM COM, Canada, the U.S., and elsewhere, expect 7–10 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday or on weekends ship on Monday.
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, please wait a few extra days. We work hard to meet deadlines, but high demand, technical issues, or weather can cause delays. Contact us at bonjour@umawell.com to investigate further.
If you missed your delivery and it’s returned to our warehouse, you’ll be refunded upon receipt. For re-shipment, email us at bonjour@umawell.com with your order number.

Yes, all the ingredients in our supplements are GMO-free.
Yes, every ingredient in our supplements is completely gluten-free.

Be sure to activate your account by creating a password when you order, so you can manage your subscription via your account.
Once you receive your second subscription order, you can make these changes:

- Change your treatment duration (1, 2, or 3 months) or the product you receive
- Cancel your subscription.

5. Choose the duration or product you want and click "SELECT."
Your next subscription delivery will include your updated choice.

Return Policy

Yes – no questions asked. Our return window is 60 days from the shipping date. To start a return, email bonjour@umawell.com for a return form.
We ship quickly, so once an order is placed and paid for, we can’t cancel or modify it – including changes to products, addresses, or payment methods. You can always return an order for a refund.
Refunds for returned products are processed within 14 days of receipt, credited to your original payment method.
